Sara's eye for grammability is what gives RE BNB properties their unique visual appeal.  She consults on all aspects of making our properties comfortable and memorable.

  1. If you are using the Toyota Rav the  house keys are on the key chain.
  2. You will need to acquire  extra Baja insurance. We use Baja Bound insurance. https://www.bajabound.com/info/policies/auto
  3. There is a cooler and grocery bags  in the Toyota for ice and supplies. Please return after use for the next guest.
  4. When you arrive park in back an ex

 

  1. If you are using the Toyota Rav the  house keys are on the key chain.

  4. When you arrive park in back an extra key will be in lock box for emergencies. We will send you the code. You can park in car port . SEE VIDEO
  5. NEVER PUT TOILET PAPER IN TOILET please use bidet and deposit tissue in trash bins.
  6. All cleaning supplies and vacuum are in laundry room in wicker cabinet.

  1. Feel free to eat whatever you see in cabinets.
  2. The 5 gallon water jugs can be filled in town near gas station or across from the fish market. 
  3. The paddle boards, bikes, air pumps snorkeling gear and lawn furniture for top deck are all located in garage. The keys are located in master bedroom behind the curtain. They are color coded for you

  4. The  propane truck, veggie venders, fisherman will sometimes come to your drive way. Fear not, it is a blessing but there are no set times. The 2 propane tanks are  located  in a shed to the left of front door. The keys are located in master bedroom behind the curtain.

  1.  Leave the space as you found it. 
  2. Be sure and remove all trash when you leave, garbage cans located on road before you turn into property.
  3. Return  lawn furniture into storage unit in casa garage.
  4. Shut water off.
