How do I get there?

If you are using the Toyota Rav you picked up at Loretto Storage, the house keys are on the key chain. Otherwise there is a lock box at the casa.
You will need to acquire extra Baja insurance. We use Baja Bound insurance. https://www.bajabound.com/info/policies/auto
There is a cooler and grocery bags in the Toyota for ice and supplies. Please return after use for the next guest.
When you arrive park in back an extra key will be in lock box for emergencies. We will send you the code. You can park in car port . SEE VIDEO
NEVER PUT TOILET PAPER IN TOILET please use bidet and deposit tissue in trash bins.
All cleaning supplies and vacuum are in laundry room in wicker cabinet.

What happens when I get there?

Feel free to eat whatever you see in cabinets.
The 5 gallon water jugs can be filled in town near gas station or across from the fish market.
The paddle boards, bikes, air pumps snorkeling gear and lawn furniture for top deck are all located in garage. The keys are located in master bedroom behind the curtain. They are color coded for your convivence.
The propane truck, veggie venders, fisherman will sometimes come to your drive way. Fear not, it is a blessing but there are no set times. The 2 propane tanks are located in a shed to the left of front door. The keys are located in master bedroom behind the curtain.
Heat/Air conditioning- The master bedroom has a heat /air condition unit above the windows. The guest space has a small heater in laundry room in wicker cabinet with the vacuum cleaner. The window air-conditioner unit lives in garage.
An outdoor grill/fire pit? Does not exist yet. But what we do have is a minion looking grill that lives in garage and the mesquite wood live near water pump house.
Nurturing the soil/composting? When you drive up to the back of the house on your right is a grouping of trees. Nestled in those trees is a composting pit. Please do not but meat there as your animal visitors might be a bit much. On that note feel free to water when you are there. Especially the banana trees and pineapples in back near the laundry line.

What happens when I leave?

Leave the space as you found it.
Sheets and towels laundered and placed back in drawers.
Be sure and remove all trash when you leave. Garbage cans located on road before you turn into property. See Video
Return lawn furniture into storage unit in casa garage.
Shut water off.
Lock up garage and house .
Return car to Loretto storage and they will shuttle you to the airport.
